New Explorer Leader - more details.

Although I enjoy leading the Explorer Scouts very much I have decided it's time I handed over to someone else. We have a couple of good assistants and a number of helpers, but the Unit requires an older person to take the lead.

I have been running the unit for quite some time and I hope it can be as successful in the future as it has been in the past. In order to provide continuity I am willing to help any new leader with organising and running the programme and activities for the next 12 months.

One thing I want to do in the next 12 months is pass on some of my canoeing skills. We have a lot of caneoing equipment and it would be a shame to leave it unused.
